Construction steps
1) Preliminary preparation
① According to the design plan, measure the installation area of the wall and select the appropriate product size based on the actual situation on site; ② Determine the type and quantity of carbon crystal panels based on the design style and the shape, size, etc. of each space.
(2) Construction preparation
① Clean up construction waste on site and create a good and safe construction environment. If there is dust, dirt, etc. on the wall, it needs to be cleaned up;

② Prepare the required boards, accessories, installation tools, etc., and inspect and confirm whether the boards and accessories are complete and free of defects;






③ Check the flatness and smoothness of the wall surface. If there are any uneven areas, they must be filled in.






(3) Based on the design and dimensions of the overall wall, determine the starting position and joint connection position of the panel seam, and mark the horizontal and vertical positioning lines of the panel separately.

① Insert a metal buckle into the groove of the wall panel, and then fix the buckle to the wall with screws.

② Then splice the wall panels, simply clip the male groove of the wall panel into the groove of another wall panel. Wall panels must be cut at corners, and after installation, internal or external corners must be installed at the corners. After the wall panels are installed, install auxiliary materials such as skirting boards.




(4) Finished product acceptance

After installation, the finished product should be inspected and accepted. Check whether the material is firmly fixed, whether there are gaps in the material pasted on the wall, and ensure that the joints are neat, smooth, clean, and beautiful.

(5) Precautions
① The size error and line installation size error should not exceed 2mm, otherwise it will lead to uneven joints: ② If the wall is damp, it should be dried or moisture-proof treated before construction;
③ If there is a protective film on the surface of the board, it is best to remove it before installation, as it will be more compact and leave no gaps.
