Job description:
1. Accept and take the initiative to contact customers by phone, can find customer problems in time and give correct and satisfactory replies, and the work can be completed seriously on the day;
2. Establish good contact with customers, familiarize with and explore customer needs;
3. Have the awareness and ability to deal with problems, follow up the process, communicate and service difficult problems, and maximize customer satisfaction.
4. Support sales and promote marketing activities;
5. Follow up with old customers, make bargaining plans, promote transactions, and follow up after-sales;
